We have teamed up with our friends at Calon Meddwl Corff to promote our services to local organisations.
We want to reach more vulnerable people in our area – partly by increasing referrals from local support organisations. Heart, Mind, Body Support is a community led project that Coed Lleol and Ecodyfi support, in liaison with Trywdd Iach,in this time of crisis.
It aims to help, reach out and improve wellbeing in these unprecedented times, offering free online live sessions with local community and professional facilitators located in Machynlleth to support people at home during lockdown. Our weekly programme can be found here. Offerings include yoga, nature connection, fitness, dance, meditation, sharing, chi gong, singing, art and more.
We are also offering emotional support over the phone or using video calls.

Mach Solidarity Fund offer emergency grants of up to £100 to anyone in financial need in the Machynlleth area.
Grants are designed to be easy to apply for, with a non-judgemental approach rooted in trust and respect, and a fast turnaround.
If a person you are supporting is unable to apply themselves, we also accept applicatioons from caseworkers or other people in supporting roles. After receiving an application form, we will normally phone the applicant for a friendly chat, before our small team of volunteers discuss the application and approve payment.
